I'm working on my BSN. I am in my mid 20s and feeling old lately. I have had lifelong eating and body issues and my weight fluctuates drasticly. I am commited to stop this up and down as it makes me feel awful, and look worse.
I'm on the 28 day plan.
Here's my starting stats as of 3/30/08

My goals within the plan include:
Food: <1000cals=2pts, <1300 if with 2fruit and 3 veggies=1pt, 1300+=0pts.
Exercise: I'm doing the "couch to 5k plan" (I'll post about my progress with that) and yoga or other strength training on the other days.
This ticker is from my highest weight working toward my goal:

My fantacy goal is 120, but I'm not even going to think about that till I reach my more realistic goal.
